No. Upstream operators know that no one controls a platform's future decisions, so 'forever', 'lifetime', and 'non-drop guaranteed' are not claims the serious end of the chain makes.
Those words appear at the retail SMM panel front, added by resellers competing for a quick sale. When you see 'forever', you are looking at marketing invented downstream, not a commitment anyone upstream stands behind.
