Everything, in terms of honesty. Selling access means giving you a capability — a tool, a source, infrastructure — that you use, with realistic terms about what it does. Selling a 'guaranteed service' means promising a specific outcome the seller cannot control.
The first is what serious operators offer; the second is what SMM panel resellers pitch. One respects the limits of the platform; the other pretends they do not exist.
