Answer
It cannot, honestly. An aggregator can only pass along what its upstream sources provide, and those sources are subject to the platform's clean-ups and rule changes like everyone else. A guarantee layered on top of a supply chain no one controls is a promise made where it cannot be kept.
That is why 'guaranteed' and 'non-drop forever' cluster on retail panels rather than on the operators behind them.
