How we rank platforms
Every listing carries a Reliability index — a transparent, mostly-automatic score. This page explains exactly what goes into it and how to dispute a listing.
Fair play & anti-manipulation
We're against fake reviews and against companies gaming their own ratings. A rating you can't trust is worthless — so we protect it with clear, public rules:
- Ratings don't transfer with the domain. When a tool's domain changes hands, the new owner starts with a clean rating. A listing marked generation #2 or #3 is a new operator and does not inherit the previous owner's score. The only exception is an official transfer of rights, confirmed through our compliance.
- Manipulated ratings get frozen — and marked. If we detect vote or review manipulation, the listing is publicly flagged as manipulating its rating and its score is frozen until the case is resolved. We don't let anyone game the system.
- Suspicious reviews are flagged, not deleted. A review that raises questions is marked "unverified" so readers can weigh it themselves — we don't quietly remove it.
- Screenshots protect your review. A review backed by screenshots or receipts that we verify as genuine is protected — it excludes any attempt to remove it. This is the strongest way to make your review stick.
- We never remove honest reviews. Removal is only possible through a compliance request via support, and we allow the maximum review window. Paid expedited arbitration buys faster consideration only — never a guaranteed removal.

What counts, and what doesn't — worked examples
Every review is checked before it can move a listing's star score. Below are real-shaped examples of reviews that count toward the rating and reviews that don't — so both readers and tool owners can see exactly where the line is.
Counted in the score
Ordered on the 12th, delivery started within the hour and the dashboard matched what was promised. Opened one ticket, got a same-day reply. Three months in and it still runs the way it did on day one.
Two of my recent orders stalled and I had to open tickets before they finished. It did get sorted, but slower than I'd expect. Screenshot of the stuck order attached.
Not counted in the score
Absolute scam, nothing was ever delivered, complete waste of money, stay far away from these people.
Best tool I have ever used, everything is perfect, I recommend it to absolutely everyone!!!
Terrible, they took my money and I got nothing. Avoid.
The Reliability index
The index is a weighted blend of measurable signals. Uptime (how consistently the site responds to our periodic checks) dominates so the score reflects real, sustained reliability rather than opinion. Current weights:
| Factor | Weight |
|---|---|
| Uptime (30-day response rate) | 35% |
| Visitor votes (shrunk toward the mean) | 35% |
| Response speed | 12% |
| TLS certificate health | 10% |
| Domain tenure | 8% |
Active profile: balanced. Weights are normalized to sum to 100%.
Votes & reviews
Anyone can rate a platform without an account, but each vote is one input among many and is Bayesian-shrunk, so a burst of fresh votes barely moves a listing. We watch for manipulation (velocity spikes, low IP diversity); a flagged listing's visible rating is frozen as "under review" until we verify it. Written reviews are moderated before they appear.
When a domain changes hands
We monitor registration data, the TLS certificate issuer, and the homepage. A wholesale change suggests the domain changed owners: we keep the URL (to preserve history) but reset ratings/reviews for the new owner and mark the entry for review, so old feedback is never attributed to a new operator.
Dispute or correct a listing
If you operate a listed platform and believe its data or rating is wrong, you can contest it. We review every request and correct genuine errors.
- Factual corrections (wrong category, description, logo) — sent to moderation and applied if verified.
- Suspected vote manipulation for or against you — we re-audit the vote pattern.
- Removal requests — handled per our published policy; note the Reliability index is algorithmic, not editorial opinion.
