Quick question — does the reliability score update weekly or in real time? Just trying to understand how the ranking works before I rely on it.
Real Time
Been using it for three months to compare panels. Dashboard is clean, uptime data actually matches what I see. Support replied within the day when I asked about a listing.
Solid directory. Found two tools I now use daily. Would love more filters but overall very happy with it.
Good coverage of providers and the reliability score helped me avoid a shady one. Docking a star only because a couple of entries were a bit outdated.
Mixed experience. The tool I picked worked but delivery was slower than the listing implied. Screenshots attached from my order. Fair, not great.
Disappointed. The provider I found here went unresponsive after payment. Attaching the order and the chat where they stopped replying. Directory itself is fine, the listing was not.
Terrible outcome with a listing I trusted here. Order never delivered, no refund. Proof attached. Please vet entries more carefully.
These reviews were flagged as unverified or their rating contradicts the text. They stay public for transparency but do not affect the star score.
Absolute scam and fraud. Terrible, awful, the worst experience, they stole my money and refuse any refund. Stay away from this.
Auto-held: a high rating paired with strongly negative wording — excluded from the score pending review.
Honestly excellent and reliable, fast delivery, works perfectly and I highly recommend it. Best directory around, thank you so much!
Auto-held: a low rating paired with strongly positive wording — excluded from the score pending review.
Worst service ever, do not use, complete waste of money. Everyone should avoid this.
Manually flagged: reviewer could not confirm the order reference on file — excluded pending verification.

Rating reflects visitor votes, not our endorsement. Uptime is checked automatically every 3 days.
The reliability index blends measured uptime, response speed, SSL health and visitor votes — uptime weighs most, so a score can't be moved by votes alone. How we rank platforms →
