Why is 'drip-feed' delivery a confession, not a feature?
'Drip-feed' is sold as sophistication — followers arriving gradually to look 'natural'. Turn it over and it is an admission of exactly what is being sold.
You only need to disguise activity as natural if it is not natural. Real followers already arrive gradually and unevenly, because they are real people encountering your content at different times. There is nothing to engineer. The entire existence of a 'drip-feed' setting confirms that the default product is a sudden, obviously artificial dump that has to be spread out to avoid detection.
So the feature is not making the followers real. It is making fake followers harder for the platform to catch, by mimicking the timing pattern of real ones. It is camouflage, and it is priced as a premium because better camouflage costs more.
This also tells you the seller knows the plain product is detectable. If instant delivery were safe, no one would pay extra to slow it down. The upsell is the industry pricing in its own risk and passing it to you as an option.
Camouflaged fake engagement is still fake engagement. It carries the same fundamental problem — an audience that does not care — just wrapped in a more convincing arrival schedule.
