Payment & Refund Policy

These terms govern payments for advertising and listing services on SMM Directory. SMM Directory serves businesses only; by paying, you accept the terms below in full.

Who processes your payment

Card & bank transfer

Processed by Kostenko Group Ltd, operator of SMM Directory — for GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, HUF, SGD and TRY.

Cryptocurrency

Processed by TOKENSMM LLP, a limited liability partnership (England & Wales, company no. OC452696), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

The entity shown on your payment confirmation is the contracting party for that transaction. Invoices are issued in the name of the processing entity.

VAT. VAT is not charged. Kostenko Group Ltd is not VAT registered, and no VAT line appears on any invoice until VAT registration is confirmed.

Bank details for each currency are shown on your invoice after you choose bank transfer at checkout — you select the country/currency that suits you there. We don't publish account numbers here.

Payment terms

1. Business (B2B) status

By completing a payment, the payer irrevocably confirms they act as a legal entity — a business, company, sole trader or other registered commercial entity — and not as a consumer or private individual. This applies regardless of the personal details entered at checkout. SMM Directory provides services exclusively to businesses; if you cannot confirm legal-entity status, do not proceed with payment.

2. Scope of service

Payment covers advertising and listing services only, as specified at purchase:

  • the placement type selected (featured listing, sponsored card, promoted spot or other);
  • the duration stated at checkout, measured from the activation date;
  • or the defined set of actions stated at checkout (impressions, placements, category positions).

No outcome, performance metric, revenue result or lead volume is implied or guaranteed. The service is the placement itself — not its commercial effect.

3. No refunds · no chargebacks

All payments are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including: early cancellation by the advertiser; dissatisfaction with placement performance; a change of business direction or strategy; failure to supply required creative materials within the agreed window; or any other reason originating from the advertiser's side.

Because all transactions are B2B, consumer-protection rights — statutory cancellation rights, cooling-off periods and chargeback mechanisms — do not apply. The advertiser expressly waives any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute on grounds that would apply only to consumer transactions. Disputes initiated in breach of this clause will be contested, and SMM Directory may suspend or permanently remove the associated listings without refund.

4. Placement removal for policy violations

SMM Directory may remove any paid placement immediately and without refund if the advertiser or the listed platform:

(a) Legal violations — operates in breach of applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction; is subject to regulatory action, an injunction or an official finding of unlawful conduct; or advertises services illegal under the laws of the advertiser's country, the user's country, or the country of incorporation.

(b) Fraud & deception — runs a fraudulent scheme (collecting payment for undelivered services, misrepresenting the service, operating a Ponzi/exit-scam structure, or impersonating another platform); submits materially false information about the platform, its ownership, features or history; or manipulates ratings, reviews or uptime data by artificial or deceptive means.

(c) Platform integrity — abuses the rating/review system (coordinated fake reviews, vote manipulation, mass-flagging competitors); changes ownership without notifying SMM Directory, triggering the domain-transfer protocol; or is identified as a known scam by two or more independent sources without credible rebuttal.

(d) Content violations — promotes content that is illegal, harmful or in breach of our editorial standards, or targets minors with unsuitable services.

In all cases under this clause, removal is immediate, no notice is required, and no refund is issued. The determination rests solely with the SMM Directory editorial team.

5. Refund upon rejection by SMM Directory

A refund may be issued in one case only: where SMM Directory declines to activate a paid placement after reviewing the submitted materials, and the rejection originates from our side — not from the advertiser's failure to supply materials, failure to meet stated requirements, or a change of intent. Where such a refund applies:

  • all Wise transfer fees and applicable correspondent-bank fees are deducted from the returned amount;
  • operating expenses (20%) are deducted from the returned amount;
  • the net remainder is returned to the original payment method or via the same currency channel used originally.

Prohibited categories (to avoid rejection and forfeiture, do not submit): services operating without required licences; platforms under active fraud investigation or regulatory action; gambling, adult content, weapons or controlled substances unless properly licensed in a permitted jurisdiction; platforms impersonating major networks or brands; and any category not permitted under the laws of England & Wales. If unsure, contact support before paying — paying without prior clarification confirms you have reviewed these categories and confirmed eligibility.

6. Expedited review — not a refund pathway

Advertisers may contest a removal finding via support. Payment for expedited review buys faster consideration — it does not guarantee reinstatement or refund. If a removal is found to be in error, the placement is reinstated for the remaining paid period; monetary refunds are not available even for erroneous removals.

7. Payment processing entities

  • Kostenko Group Ltd (England & Wales) — bank transfers in GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, HUF, SGD, TRY, and card payments.
  • TOKENSMM LLP (England & Wales, OC452696) — cryptocurrency payments.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising from a payment transaction is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise. By completing payment, the advertiser confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
