Question
Why do resellers add promises the original source never made?
Answer
Because the promise is how a reseller stands out. Drawing from the same upstream supply as everyone else, an SMM panel middleman has little to differentiate on except the pitch — so 'guaranteed', 'instant', and 'cheapest' get bolted on, whether or not the source supports them.
The claim is manufactured at the point of sale, not inherited from delivery. This is why the promise often exceeds anything the actual service can do.
